Fully Automated Features

The full automation of the features should allow for having a great time using the LED light for your aquarium. There is the option of simulating the sunrise and sunset to make the aquarium look its best during a certain time of the day.

This type of feature would start with cool lit dawn and then followed by a warm sunrise morning. If you get to watch it for the whole day, you get to go through the different lighting conditions up to the sunset. This could be great for those looking for a model that would be great to show off.

As part of the automation, you get the model coming with a memory. This memory is important for you, as it is now possible to save your new settings of the lighting. Such a feature makes the fixture to remember your last settings so that it can work with the standard timers for the transition from one color to another.

If you have to mount the model in the aquarium, you get clear legs that would easily slide inwards. Remember that this would only be great for the shorter aquariums. This feature is also great for mounting it on the rimless aquariums. For those with larger aquariums, you simply have to remove the legs and mount the model in position.

Multifunction Remote

The model is made to be one of the best for having some top features most people would wish to get. To make it even better, you get a multi-function remote you need for controlling the lighting mounted for your aquarium.

The infrared remote would help you to get the fixture in the hands-free mode where you get to keep it running easily without controlling anything.

You can also activate weather modes such as thunderstorms and many others. The idea is to give you more power in your hands to change the different workings of the LED light.

Still from the remote, you can still customize several settings and save your favorite combinations of different colors. With the remote, you can now load the saved settings and get it running just as you would have saved.

The best part is that you get a water-resistant IR sensor so that you can easily control the model whenever you have to do so.

The combination of dimmable Red, Green, and Blue LEDs with the additional 7000K Daylight LEDs should allow for the proper thriving of the planted aquariums.

This means that the plants would be getting enough light important for them to grow easily. If you use the fixture for a couple of days to weeks, you should easily notice that there is a difference in the growth of the plants.

It is not just about the growth, but also the view you get from the fixture. When the plants remain to be healthy, then the light shining on them would definitely make them look their best.

The aquarium would always look full of life as compared to other lacking similar fixtures.

In 24/7 mode, do the lights go completely off overnight or do they stay on?

Moon light will stay on for a good part of the night then completely off before starting back on again early in the morning if you use the preset 24/7 or you can customize it at your own desire just follow the instructions.

they go completely off for 3 hours out of the 24/7 light cycle. I bought 2 of these mounted on the same tank. Plant growth is phenomenal compared to anything I’ve owned previously.

This light stopped working after 5 months of use. I am waiting to hear back from the manufacturer to see if they will do anything about it.
