Most of the LED lights produce between 8000K and 10000K of lighting, which should be sufficient to promote the growth of a wide variety of plants and the other organisms in the water.
Mostly Compact
You will find that most of the LED lighting systems are designed to be compact and easy to make adjustments to.
Being compact means that you can place them nearly anywhere around the tank that you want to. It is also possible to mount them in the tank in a way that allows for space and maneuverability so you can easily clean and maintain the fish tank.

Hi. I have just bought an aquaone 300 litre marine aquarium to replace my 120 litre and am not happy with the lights (fitted 80 watt LED). The tank’s dimensions are 98 x 50 x 70 cm (depth). Bearing in mind this is pretty deep for a reef tank which lighting would you recommend to maintain my precious corals? (I’ve had them growing successfully under basic / cheap T5’s for the past year). Thanks
Hi All,
I’m just starting out my 65 Saltwater and am looking forward to having corals and fish. Would then current USA marine pro be the best choice?

We bought a 45 gal breeder kit to set up as a coral reef. Found out the Marineland light that it was sold to us with it is for a smaller freshwater set up so it just isn’t working. What would be the best lighting for me?
It depends on what you want in the tank, most of these lights will grow soft corals.
Lps: the hipagiro and the ai prime
Sps: ai prime
There are many many better systems out there such as the ai hydra and kessil 360s if you are looking to grow sps, this list is fairly cost oriented it appears.
I have a bow front AR-980 with large refugium, fitted in the hood I have a Fluval SEA 2.0
Marine & reef ,it states that it produces 25000K and is 45 watts,I really feel it is not sufficient because I do not have very much coral growth ,with water kept at an optimum, light is the only thing which must be lacking
would the MicMol LED or Marineland reef strip Led work better for me or should I look at something a lot lot better ?
I have the MicMol and I love it. Not plug and play however. Programming is tricky at first
i had aqua illumination hydr 52s (non hd) they worked great on a 75 gal reef tank but also cost about 1300$ and after 5 years one unit has failed and cannot be fixed since drivers are no longer available.
No radions on the list :))) ohhh come on
need lighting system for 1000 liter saltwater what size do you recommend what is cost i live in thailand
I have marine aquarium with 2meter long and 60cm wide. Which light should i use? Thank you
I am getting back into the hobby after about a 15 year hiatus. Since I had my last set up I have moved across country. The “old” way of aquarium lighting no longer applies. I am going to start small with a 55 gallon aquarium. It will eventually have both sps, and lps corals in it. I have said that to say this. I am lost now when it comes to lighting. I want LED lights but can’t get what I feel is a straight answer on how to choose the light. Any help would be appreciated. I have been researching the current pro light, and the fluval pro reef light. Would either of these be sufficient for the tank and how would I know?
I have a 55gallon salt water coral fish tank long which is your cheapest light you have that has the blue light for corals.
